Shipping Rates and Estimates

We charge a flat rate of ₱150 nationwide shipping. Orders ship free when you spend over ₱5000.

Delivery time varies depending on your location. Please see below for estimated delivery times after dispatching your order.

• Metro Manila : 3-5 business days

• Provincial orders: 5-10 business days​

Please do note that it takes 24-48 hours to process your orders. You will be notified thru e-mail if your order has been shipped and will be given a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

​

We have a 24-hr return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective upon delivery. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can email ssundownstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Return - order number and name". If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
